feat: experimental search algorithm plugin (#352)

Previously we had separate packages for search algorithms not part of the
core. However, over time different algorithms will be promoted and
degraded from the core. So, to prevent spamming our NPM repository with
packages that might be deleted at some point, we have now created one
package for all experimental search algorithms.
