* Install typedi

* Define `DiscordClient` as a Service

* Rename EventHandler to Event

* Refactor Command

Set SlashCommandBuilder as an class field

* Define Client as a service

* Rename `Command` to `_Command`

* Add handle method in Event class

* lint/format
