Commit Message

When building the rest addin, the RestSharp dependency is not being copied to the addin's output directory. This is a regression from migrating the project to .net 6.0 where the semantics around external dependencies are radically different from legacy .net framework 4.x

For this project, we enable the CopyLocalLockFileAssemblies setting on this project and update the project post-build event to ensure that the RestSharp assembly travels with the addin output files to their target destination.
