* Testing against OctoPrint 1.3-1.9.

* 1.3 - excluded, does not support python 3.

* Temp: always install wheel.

* Temp: disable fail fast.

* Excluding 1.4 - fails to be installed with Python 3.

* Checking a possibility to exclude as arrays.

* Revert "Checking a possibility to exclude as arrays."

This reverts commit 6f0d6283a.

* Excluding certain combinations for 1.5, 1.6 and 1.7.

* Revert "Temp: disable fail fast."

This reverts commit 0684ed235.

* Keeping wheel installation for except the 1.9.

* Updating the integration test with recent findings.

* Minor: sorting exclusions.

* Release workflow: install wheel for every except 1.9.
