* Add function to generate itp_map InterpolatingMap

* If histogram is list convert it to numpy array first

* Debug, add non-quantization option

* Change histogram into itp_map

* Optionally save file in .pkl.gz format

* Minor change on comments

* Change function name from save_interpolating_map to save_interpolation_formatted_map
