Fix incorrect character in log file name

Running jobs in tarantool-ci fails at the action/upload-artifact
runtime if there are broken tests. The reason for the problem is that
the name of the test artifact file contains the `:` character.
For example:
``` /029_sql-tap/alter.test.lua:vinyl.tarantool.log ```

The action Upload-artifact does not allow the following characters
in artifact names: ",:,<,>,|,*,?.
To fix the problem, the `:` character has been replaced with `-`.
