SALTO-4306 make convertTypes filter synchronous (#4601)

* Change convertTypes filter to use new sync verion of transformValues

* Add new type NonPromise and make transformPrimitive sync always

* Add tests for transformValuesSync

* Extracted most inner checks so that logic can be shared between sync and async counterparts
