feat(logging): Refactoring and request body logging. (#195)

* Refactoring and request body logging.

  - Request_ID is now added by the structlog processor add_request_id
  - Request_ID is now guaranteed to be first in the key list during console output, curtesy of the structlog processor reorder_keys_processor
  - Request_ID is collapsed during console output curtesy of the structlog processor collapse_request_id
  - To facilitate easy visual tracking of request_ids, a colored dot prefixes the log event field, and the same request_id the dot will have a given color.
  - Renaming and reworking the loggers, updated documentation.
  - Fixed issue for assigning booleans via the environment.
  - Allow control over collapsing of request ID via HUBUUM_LOGGING_COLLAPSE_REQUEST_ID
  - Added some logging of permissions and mixins.
