Disabled end2end test test_hmcdef_check_all_hmcs()

Details:

* The end2end test test_hmcdef_check_all_hmcs() attempts to contact all HMCs
  defined in the inventory file. That is sometimes a useful check, but should
  be disabled by default, since the philospohy of end2end tests is that they
  go (only) against the configured HMCs.
