Add stories for source academy (#2424)

* Add stories for source academy

* Update snapshots post-merge

* fixed types to react 18 and resolved react router version errors

* Fix dependency errors

For some reason the types in the lockfile was still stuck to React 17
post-merge. In this commit we reset the lockfile to match `master` and
reran `yarn install` to update the dependencies to match what is
required for this PR. We also migrated one dependency that should have
been a devDependency instead.

* Remove RouteComponentProps from UseBlogDir

This prop is no longer necessary following the react-router v6 upgrade.

* Restore original WorkspaceLocation type constraint

* Rename SideContent to StoriesSideContent

* Rename StoriesSideContent props type

Prevents name collisions with the main SideContentProps type.

* Move env string to separate storyEnv prop

* Add TODO

* Remove unnecessary tabs from SourceBlock

* Fix incorrect SideContentProps import to SourceBlock

* Add stories key to workspace locations

* Comment out HTML tab from SourceBlock

* Remove usage of magic string in StoriesReducer

* Fix errors post-workspaceLocation type change

* Remove usage of magic string in SourceBlock

* Fix saga error post-workspaceLocation type change

* Fix router error

* Remove Enzyme testing

* Remove test files

* Hide stories while still in development

Done in preparation for merging.

* Redirect story routes to root
* Hide stories button from navigation bar
