* Add an ast.Walk style iterator of GoStructs.

* Rewrite ForEachField using the new `util.Walk` iterator, including supporting the PathQueryNodeMemo.
* Rewrite ForEachDataField and ForEachDataField2 using the new `util.Walk` iterator.
