Complete PipelineGenerator swap out of constructor

Instantiating PipelineGenerator with a LifecycleGenerator object will now
convert it to a MultiePlatformGenerator.

FIX NotSerializableException being thrown.  MapWithDefault is not
serializable and MultiPlatformValidate needed to implement Serializable.
