Refactored main methods to get the description of the models and fields without the existing table (#232)

* Refactored get_primary_keys clasmmethod, to not used sql

* Refactored _fields_description

* Fixed bugs on cache, the Model which avec dependences have now a cache declaration

* Refactored some unittest to user other that Model, Field or Column models

* Refactored documentation behaviour

* Updated Doc
