145 add support for constructing from data without copying (ktensor) (#182)

* Updating __init__ to provide functionality of previous __init_, from_data, from_factor_matrices. Adding flag to __init_ to specify if a copy of the provided input data will be copied or not.

* FIxing problems with calls to __init__, fixing __repr__ to handle empty ktensors.

* Adjusting tests and uses of ktensor in other classes and algorithms. Cleaning up testing.

* Ignoring files created on Macs.

* Black formatting

* Fixing typing error. @ntjohnson1 There is a TODO ~line 674 where a ktensor.copy() causes a typing error. Can you take a look?

* Fixing linting.

* Fixing black (again).

* Adding type hint for ktensor.copy() as needed in tensor.mttkrp() with switch to using copy() instead of a constructor.

* Adjusting __repr__ output for consistency in outputting shape attribute
