Updated IAB viewability definition to include large ad definition
- Okanjo.js: Updated getPercentageInViewport to return percentage and relative areas
- Placement.js: Updated _checkViewWatchers to check if the element is a "large" area, and will use the reduced viewable definition
- okanjo_test.js: Added tests to confirm changes to getPercentageInViewport
- package.json: Bumped to v3.5.0
