Update `ClassMap` before notifying schema change listeners (#5955)

* Replace local type with binding type.

* Test that ClassMap gets updated.

* Test accessing ClassMap in realm listener (WIP).

See the comments in the test regarding potentially unexpected behavior.

* Remove temporary console.logs.

* Update ClassMap before schema listener is notified.

* Replace calls to helper method w/ inline logic.

* Add CHANGELOG entry.
