fix(gomod): parent replacement not always supported if major version > 1

When a Go module has local replacements to a parent directory, and the replaced module has v${major_version} in the name, Cachito may break.

Fix: when we look for a parent module, and the package name matches *something* but the dependency's normalized path doesn't match anything, we consider it found.
