Correctly use aria-labelledby and use aria-describedby via "hint" attribute.

The `aria-describedby` is incorrectly being used for the label which should instead be using `aria-labelledby` for the label.
Change `aria-describedby` into `aria-labelledby`.

The `aria-describedby` is still needed.
Technically, the `hint` attribute is what describes this.
Enable consistent support for `hint` to be used as the `aria-describedby`.
