* Document RPS metric usage in stackset autoscaler

* Create a metric type to wrap external RPS params and add a name param

* Make RequestsPersecond autoscaler field optional

* Use stackset template traffic weight to set RPS metric weright

* Remove weight field from MetricsRequestsPerSecond

* Remove name property

* Update documentation of requestsPerSecond autoscaler

* Improve RPS metric documentation and do not expose implementation details

* Use '-rps' prefix in RPS metric name

* Use different traffic weight in example to avoid confusion
