Fix wrong CHEWING_DATADIR definition in CMake build

CMAKE_INSTALL_DATADIR is a path that is relative to CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX,
which means CHEWING_DATADIR is a relative path like 'share/libchewing'
instead of an absolute path. This is wrong because we cannot expect users
to change the working directory before using our library.
