[3/4] Add support for rx packet accounting. (#23)

* Add a function to check if a packet is within a flow.

   - Avoid checking in swap files.

   - Add a check whether a received gopacket packet matches a specified
     set of headers.

* Add support for rx packet accounting.

     in the specified flow counters.
