IGVF-770 Display formatted pages for unknown objects (#212)

* Display a formatted page instead of JSON.
* Attempt to link certain properties in a page without a custom renderer. This also affects report view columns that don’t exist in the schema for the displayed object type.
* Update comments. Change variable names for consistency.
* Document the purpose and importance of the `commonProperties` property in common data item components.
* Update comments. Have report view use the new `UnspecifiedProperty` component instead of displaying unformatted strings.
* Use container queries to decide on data-panel label/value arrangment.
* Modify `DonorDataItems` in preparation for allowing new donor object displays without defining a custom page for them.
* Handle booleans in the `UnspecifiedProperty` component.
* Have `SampleDataItems` handle unknown items with a parent type of “Sample.”
* Have `BiosampleDataItems` accept an unknown object.
* Allow `OntologyTermDataItems` to take an unknown ontology object.
* Enable JSON switch on generic pages. Hide status on generic pages — it gets displayed in the header.
* Minor fixes, mostly to comments. Configure demos to use the dev demo as a data provider.
* Add Jest tests for UnspecifiedProperty component.
* Fix crash when adding an object.
* Last fixes to comments.
* Revert cdk demo change.
