[9.0]auth_multi, merge_editing: Migration to V9  (#8)

- [MIG] Changed the reference menu, because in the last version that menu id does not exists
- [MIG] In the last verions the template object was renamed, for this reason we changed the name of this object in the module.
- [MIG] For new security rules in the laste version we add a new line for CSRF token, and changed the auth for the main controller
