Added UnmarshalOpt to allow a best effort unmarshal (#863)

* Added UnmarshalOpt to allow a best effort unmarshal. A failing unmarshal still will not pass, but now the unmarshal will continue, logging any errors it encounters instead of exiting immediately.

* Fixed typos

* Added new ComplianceErrors struct, work still needed to integrate it

* Added support for ComplianceErrors, and included implementation of error interface.

* Made some fixes to bestEffortUnmarshal behavior, added unit test

* Added test cases for delete, replace, and update BestEffortUnmarshal cases.

* Combined test cases with a mix of errors and non-errors into one.

* Forgot to include a compliance error catch for replace path failure case.

* Ran gofmt to fix formatting issues.

* Added test for UnmarshalNotifications. Added check for the correct error string when BestEffortUnmarshal is passed.

* Fixing small syntax errors

* Ran gofmt
