feat(api): improve HTTP status code errors (#14)

* Supply a custom http Options value in order to ensure that wreq
  doesn't throw an error on non-2xx statuses.
* Include the HTTP status code and response body as well as the HTTP
  status message, to help with diagnosing issues.
* Don't include all the headers; they are generally not very useful for
  diagnosing errors.
