Adapt julia install script to account for Trixi, p4est and system MPI (#24)

* adapted julia install script to account for Trixi and p4est using system MPI

* Update `libtrixi-init-julia` to be more flexible

* Do not use heredocs since they prevent proper error code propagation

* Add logic for setting libsc separately

* Switch to new Julia depot path in CI

* Install p4est in CI

* Clarify prerequisites

* Reduce precompilation overheaq by OrdinaryDiffEq

* Make use of caching to speed up CI testing
