enh(#26): Better code coverage

Switch more fully to the other printf() implementation. I chose to break up the
repo and integrate it fully into RCSW rather than use it as a sub module
because:

- It had several useful math functions which my existing stdio functions could
  use/would need without stdlib

- The implementation is complete, and few bugs relevant to use cases I would
  encounter exist.

- I needed to keep my itoa*() functions for use in minimon type scenarios, but
  only the int converting ones

- There is enough in it to form a good chunk of a bootstrap stdlib-esque module,
  which was the whole reason I started that module
