Architecture refactor continued (#192)

* refactor: unify all dependency injection tokens

Move all tokens to `DiTokens` class.

* refactor: remove container manager

* refactor: use response emitter library

Use an established HTTP response emitter library instead of custom library.

Closes #172

* docs: regenerate documentation

The App and DiTokens classes changed.

* build(.vscode/): update task hooks for ide

* test: improve acceptance test reporting

Made headings more descriptive.  Improved report generation script.

* docs: reduce memory usage threshold

* test: improve coverage

* refactor: rename class

`AbstractContentDelegate` is now `RoutableInterface`.  The `getResponseContent` method is now called `process`.

BREAKING CHANGE: Implement `RoutableInterface` instead of extending `AbstractContentDelegate`.  The `getResponseContent method has been renamed to `process`.

* docs: generate docs

Some class names have been changed.

* fix: multiple fixes

Use framework config for HTTP emitter dependency. Regenerate docs. Improve code coverage.
