fix geo-database memory path  (#213)  

- |Fix| Memory management of :class:`watex.geology.GeoStrataModel` uses ``importlib.resources`` to fix geo-memory path; likewise for  
  the AGSO properties (:func:`watex.geology.core.get_agso_properties`) for collecting base geological structures from database.
