feat(get): implemented tvm get command #117

I haven't fully tested this feature but it seems to work fairly well so
far. I'll be experimenting with this feature over the coming weeks so
more improvements will be coming before this is merged.

There is one annoyance I've found so far: There's no way to mark a
search result as "done". Right now it will keep appearing in the search
results.

The other thing I might be doing is renaming this from `tvm get` to
`tvm download` for the sake of clarity...
