feat: Add containerized hook runs and image build functionality (#111)

- Add the ability to run hooks over container images in the run configuration YAML.
- Add the ability to specify images in `.images.yaml` which are pulled/built 
  with a container manager such as `docker`.

Update-Info: Run hooks containerized over `docker` (opt-in). See [documentation](https://github.com/gabyx/Githooks/blob/main/README.md#running-hooks-in-containers).
