fix: missing final dummy subs segment (#111)

* fix: missing final dummy subs segment

Due to javascrpts floating point precision issue, an if condition got
wrongly triggered, resulting in ending a while loop too early, which
meant that a segment was missing.
PR resolves this by rounding the decimals to 2 decimals.
PR also contains a new unit test and some clean up
