Use `useTypedSelector` and `useDispatch` in Sourcereel (#2512)

* Use selector for most Sourcereel state props

* Migrate remaining state props in Sourcereel

* Memoize Sourcereel state handlers

Uses a similar pattern used in the Playground after #2511.

* Use dispatch for most Sourcereel handlers

* Prevent name conflict with chapter select button

* Migrate handleChapterSelect to use dispatch

* Remove SourcereelContainer and related types

* Remove unused state prop

* Abstract sourcecast location into string
