[IOTDB-6006] Pipe: remove the legacy code of sync (#10192)

Removal:
* User documents
* Main Code
  * Config Node: All related code except for some Plan and Procedure (to ensure compatibility)
  * Data Node: Necessary Sync receiver code is retained, and version restrictions are reduced on the receiver code, allowing users to import data through old Sync to the new version.
* Tests: All data except for some necessary serialized and deserialized data will be deleted.
* Configuration files: All files except for the folder configuration of old Sync will be deleted.
* API: external pipe api
* Examples

Refactors:
* iotdb sync connector for legacy usage 
* Pipe management related Antlr G4 grammar.
