* Add Joblib multiprocessing in optimization

* Refactored Sequencer to have better performances for resampling and optimization

* Add an option in resample_mask to have dilated and non dilated mask

* Fixed the documentation

* Changed the optimizer to a faster one by using better mathematical expressions

* Removed unused imports
