Add integration tests against sandboxed pocketbase (#26)

- integration test and related tooling is located in tests/integration
- tests are skipped if no fresh instance on http://127.0.0.1:8090 is found
- update github workflow to run integration tests and measure test coverage
- report test coverage from github workflow to coveralls.io
- update README.md documenting how to run the sandboxed pocketbase instance
