Remove inline disable for n/no-deprecated-api

After adding `node:`, this causes `Unused eslint-disable directive`
errors due to
https://github.com/eslint-community/eslint-plugin-n/issues/81
Remove the inline disable until n/no-deprecated-api works with node:
protocol imports.
