Use example.com address in CAPTCHA smoke test

It occurred to me that if the /subscribe request gets through without a
CAPTCHA, we don't want the Lambda to try sending an email. Using an
example.com address instead will ensure that the Lambda drops it on the
floor, thanks to isKnownInvalidAddress in email.ProdAddressValidator.
