IGVF-731 Add identifier searches that go to specific object pages (#195)

* Add special site search to the site-search page. Disable spell checking on the site-search input box.
* Temporarily set the cdk config to use the igvfd dev demo.
* Rebased and updated npm packages.
* Add the id-search page which mostly redirects to the desired page, or displays an error message.
* Refactor search dialog so that id-search can share it with site-search.
* Working and flawed ID search button.
* Add an icon for the ID search button. Separate the session storage for the two searches.
* Clear the modal text when the modal appears.
* Change the search-box icon depending on the search type.
* Have specific placeholder text for each search type.
* React to command-shift-K or ctrl-shift-K to bring up the ID search. Change the ID search placeholder text.
* Finish up comments.
* Clean up comments and error messages.
* Rebuild package-lock.json after rebasing on dev.
