[DONE] Adaptations to BS 5.3 + bunch of minor corrections (#879)

* Upgrade statics packages :
* bootstrap 5.3.0
* jquery 3.7.0

+ update pod.css to adapt with BS 5.3

* Meetings : now "copy" button use data attribute instead of input element
+ Accessibility (missing fieldset and labels)
+ translation : double dots must be included in i18n strings

* Correct some colors with BS 5.3
+ accessibility changes
+ typo

* Correct bugs on THEME editing (re-enable disabled functions)
+ add a "new theme" button
+ Add missing JSdocs
+ imprive theme validation process

* add some feedbacks to theme edition
+ display icon before each JS show_alert() messages

* Better error handling on video edit

* Update i18n files
+ minor typo (no space before : in english)

* Only auto dismiss success and info alert from main.js

+ minor lang typo

* Replace "text-info" with "text-info-emphasis"
+ use the data-bs-theme attribute for dark mode

* Replace a : wrongly deleted.
