* initial setup for python integration tests

* rename integration tests to end-to-end tests

* Add pytest mark end to end to end to end tests

* Add end to end ci yaml

* remove space from modubs config.json

* fix coniguration yaml in tests

* ran yamlfix to make it adhere to our yaml linter

* add extra newline

* ran black formatter

* remove coverage step from end-to-end because it is not relevant

* fix mistake in test_able_to_update_coil

* Add markers to pytest.ini to stop warnings

* update coverage run to check only for source files

* Add new line to pytest.ini

* Clean up tests

* improve test approach for random

* fix linting
