IGVF-707 Fix display of properties with value of zero (#190)

* Update (hopefully) all places that check on the existence of a numeric property that could have the value zero.
* Do not display biosample.taxa if it does not exist.
* I missed the the phenotypic feature quantity property, so fix that like the other properties in this branch.
* Apply the same quantity test on the phenotypic feature titles for the object and search-result pages.
