Add 126.com to problematicYetValidDomains

I noticed that this domain caused an `elistman import` failure. It's
apparently a popular, legit domain from China, but doesn't have PTR
records for its MX hosts' IP address. (All MX hosts seem to share one.)

While researching this, I came across 163.com, which is owned by the
same company. However, one of its MX hosts does have PTR records set up
correctly, so there's no need to add it to the set as well.
