* Changes Made:
1. Added an Enum in constants.
2. Modifications in form_validation, processor, data_objects, models related to custom_value and type
3. Added/modified unit and integration tests for the same.

1. Modified form validation action and added extra form_slot_set_type SLOT in constants.
2. changed custom_value to value in data_objects and models.
3. Added/modified unit and integration tests for the same.

* Changed FORM_SLOT_SET_TYPE in constants.

* Added condition if form_slot_type is slot in form_validation and fixed test cases for the same.
