Set the uncaught exception severity to error so it works like autonotify

* When an error is caught by bugsnag’s autonotify functionality, it has
  a severity of error. However, when an uncaught error is handled by
  angular-bugsnag, it has a severity of ‘warning’. This change makes
  those consistent.
* This commit also includes updated dist files. It appears the files in
  dist were a little out of date.
