add UI for browsing rich text messages and attachments

In the conversation browser, users can now browse attachments or use the messageFormat button to choose between rich text, plain text, and raw text. Rich text is the default, but through the new preferRichTextMessageFormat preference, users can switch back to plain text. Search also supports the selected format mode. Note that the search will jump back to the first match when you change the format mode. For now, the inbox browser only supports plain text messages for considerations of the performance of browsing and the laziness of the developer.

Add support zero-arg blocks to TalkModel>>#menu:add:getState:setState:. Test browsing and searching conversations with different messageFormats.
