Issue #106: Registration Changes

Changed button in header to point to pricing page rather than directly
at cvent.

Altered pricing table content type to add cvent_link field to allow
direct editing of this link rather than hard-coding it.

Must add column in postgres manually for some reason, syncdb will not
alter the table correctly.
