Normalize `Construct[IETF|Internal]JSON` to return the default Go types. (#856)

* `interface{}` -> `any` for render{_test}.go

Also converted some of the ConstructJSON tests to use the correct types
which didn't affect the test result, which shows that pretty.Compare
doesn't compare them correctly.

* Normalize `Construct[IETF|Internal]JSON` to return the default Go types.

Currently they return whatever type was in the generated code, this is
not compatible with the four basic types as described in
https://go.dev/blog/json, which makes things incongruent when comparing
against target-serialized data.
