Deprecate `util.GetNodes` in favour of `ytypes.GetNode` (#852)

* Add test coverage for SetNode

* Add TODO for UnmarshalNotifications

* Support  for ordered maps

* update test names

* Support unmarshalling an atomic `Notification` for ordered lists.

Involves supporting `DeleteNode` at the container above the list for ordered maps.

* Add test for PathPartiallyMatchesPrefix

* add another test case for coverage

* Deprecate `util.GetNodes` in favour of `ytypes.GetNode`

Added a new option to allow the transition to be made.
