IGVF-683 Update MeasurementSet file tables  (#187)

IGVF-683-file-table

* Update npm packages.
* Retrieve sequencing_platform objects from measurement set files. Add a new table to render files specifically for measurement sets. Configure this table with the requested properties from the ticket.
* Split file table into two based on Illumina read type existence. Add ability to hide columns based on some criteria.
* Add a Jest test for the new SortTable hide-column function. Correct some comments.
* Change the titles of the new sequencing-result tables.
